Job summary

Pushpay Holdings Limited is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to build a pipeline, manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close, and achieve quarterly bookings and revenue quotas in the assigned US Illinois territory.

The role emphasizes SaaS solutions experience, CRM proficiency, and strong communication as part of a collaborative sales team that includes SDRs, marketers, and partners across our software platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of successful sales experience.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions.
• Deep understanding of the sector culture and structures.
• Experience managing a complex sales cycle from research to closing.
• CRM proficiency and using Salesforce for pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of prospects and manage sales stages from initiate to close.
• Generate lists of prospective churches through research, cold-calling, internet, and network.
• Meet and exceed sales revenue and booking goals and contribute to overall objectives.
• Collaborate with SDRs, Sales Managers, Marketing, and partners to execute initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate sales support activities, including pipeline management in Salesforce.
• Record all targeted contacts and engagement opportunities in Salesforce.
• Involve in all sales lifecycle phases: lead development, deal structuring, negotiation, and closing.
• Share best practices with the sales team and cross-functional groups.
• Coordinate with Partner Success and Implementation to ensure delivery meets promises.
