Job summary

StarTex Software LLC's EHS Insight team is seeking a Customer Success Implementation Specialist to work remotely across multiple US states. The CSIS will gather customer requirements, configure EHS Insight with custom fields, formulas, and reports, and serve as the technical point of contact for project teams.

You will diagnose issues, demonstrate integrations, call APIs, and leverage SQL Server, XML, JSON, JavaScript, and Excel to deliver tailored solutions while maintaining proactive

Qualifications

• Experience implementing SaaS customer success projects.
• Strong SQL, XML, JSON, and JavaScript knowledge.
• Experience with API calls and web APIs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather customer requirements and implement them in EHS Insight.
• Configure software with custom fields, formulas, and reports.
• Diagnose, debug, and document issues in the platform.
• Lead demos and meetings for integration planning.
• Assist support via FreshDesk and respond to inquiries.
