You will implement customer requirements in EHS Insight, configure the platform, and guide clients on what is possible, recommended, or not feasible. You will become a product expert, handle integrations, and support customers across multiple accounts.

The role emphasizes strong communication, technical curiosity, and the ability to manage tasks across several customers with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing SaaS platforms for customers.
• Knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON, and API integrations.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert and drive platform improvements.
• Gather customer requirements and implement solutions in EHS Insight.
• Serve as technical point of contact and configure the system.
• Diagnose, debug, and document platform issues.
• Conduct demos and planning meetings for integration.
• Respond to inquiries via FreshDesk and manage tickets.
• Work with APIs, XML, JSON, and JavaScript to integrate data.
