Job summary

StarTex Software LLC’s EHS Insight team seeks a Customer Success Implementation Specialist to gather customer requirements, configure EHS Insight, and guide onboarding. This role emphasizes technical configuration using SQL, XML, JSON, and JavaScript, plus demonstrations and API usage.

The CSIS will be a strong communicator, capable of prioritizing tasks and solving problems across multiple customers in a remote-first environment. FreshDesk familiarity and advanced Excel skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SaaS solutions to customers and implementing business requirements in software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, plan across multiple customers, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with APIs, web technologies, and calling APIs for data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert and improve the platform for customers.
• Gather customer requirements, determine solutions, and implement in EHS Insight.
• Act as the technical point of contact and configure EHS Insight to client needs.
