Job summary

StarTex Software is seeking a Customer Success Implementation Specialist to join our remote-first team. You will understand customer business needs, configure EHS Insight, and guide clients through API usage, roles, modules, and reports.

This role emphasizes learning, proactive problem solving, and delivering value to multiple customers. The CSIS position requires strong communication, technical aptitude, and the ability to prioritize tasks across projects.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL Server queries, XML, JSON, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of APIs and calling them with Postman.
• Advanced Excel skills (functions, macros, pivot tables).
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with SaaS-based software and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert and improve the platform.
• Gather customer requirements and implement in EHS Insight.
• Act as technical liaison and configure software for clients.
• Diagnose, debug, and document issues.
• Respond to high-priority tickets in a timely manner.
• Manage tasks across multiple customers under limited supervision.
• Explain API capabilities and set up roles, modules, reports.
