Job summary

StarTex Software LLC is seeking a Customer Success Implementation Specialist to work remotely in the United States. The role focuses on onboarding and ongoing support for EHS Insight, configuring the platform with customer-specific requirements and APIs.

The CSIS will learn the EHS Insight configuration language (JavaScript, XML, SQL) and collaborate with customers to deliver effective solutions while communicating clearly and managing multiple customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL Server queries, XML/JSON, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of APIs and calling them with Postman.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, macros, pivots).
• Experience supporting SaaS software and collaborating with customers.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert and improve the platform.
• Gather requirements and implement solutions in EHS Insight.
• Serve as technical point of contact and configure the system.
• Diagnose, debug, and document platform issues.
• Provide timely responses to high-priority tickets.
• Work with limited supervision and take initiative.
• Respond to inquiries via FreshDesk.
• Explain APIs and assist with roles, modules, reports.
• Lead demos and integration planning discussions.
