StarTex Software LLC is seeking a Customer Success Implementation Specialist for a remote role across multiple US states. You will become a product expert for EHS Insight, gather customer requirements, and configure the platform to meet client needs while supporting ongoing success and adoption.

Strong SQL/XML/JSON/JavaScript skills, API experience, and Excel expertise are required. You will conduct integration demos, manage multiple customers, and provide proactive guidance on best practices.

Qualificações

• Experience configuring SaaS products for customers.
• Ability to gather and translate customer requirements into system configurations.
• Proficiency with SQL Server queries, XML, JSON, and JavaScript.
• Strong communication and remote collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms and APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Gather customer requirements and implement them in EHS Insight.
• Act as technical point of contact and configure the platform to client needs.
• Diagnose, debug, and document issues; provide solutions.
• Conduct demos and planning meetings for integration.
• Respond to inquiries via FreshDesk; prioritize and schedule work.
