Job summary

StarTex Software LLC is seeking a Customer Success Implementation Specialist to work remotely with clients across multiple states. The role focuses on understanding customer requirements, configuring EHS Insight, and guiding successful on-boarding and ongoing support.

Strong API, SQL, and JavaScript skills are essential, along with excellent communication. The position emphasizes a proactive problem-solving mindset, ability to prioritize tasks, and collaboration with client teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience implementing SaaS solutions and integrating APIs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with FreshDesk ticketing system.
• Experience with SQL Server queries, XML, JSON, and JavaScript.
• Advanced Excel data manipulation and reporting.
• Able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Experience writing code to call APIs and manipulate data.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert and drive platform adoption.
• Gather customer requirements, determine the best solution, and implement it in EHS Insight.
• Act as the technical point of contact for the client's project team and configure EHS Insight to their needs.
• Diagnose, debug, and document issues in the platform.
• Conduct demos and meetings regarding integration planning and configuration.
• Respond to customer inquiries through FreshDesk.
• Write and review SQL Server queries, XML, JSON, and JavaScript code for integrations.
