Job summary

StarTex Software is seeking a Customer Success Implementation Specialist (CSIS) to onboard and support customers of EHS Insight, a remote-first SaaS solution. You will configure the platform, write custom fields and reports, and guide customers through API usage and integrations.

The role requires strong technical aptitude, curiosity, and excellent communication. You will prioritize tasks, work with multiple customers, and operate under general supervision in a fast-growing, remote-ready

Qualifications

Experience with SQL Server queries, XML and JSON data structures.
Knowledge of APIs and calling them via Postman.
Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables) and data analysis capabilities.
Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work across departments and manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
Experience supporting SaaS platforms and customer-facing technical issues.

Responsibilities

Become a product expert and contribute to platform improvements.
Gather and translate customer requirements into configurations in EHS Insight.
Configure software with custom fields, formulas, and reports.
Diagnose, debug, and document platform issues; respond to high-priority tickets.
Coordinate demos and integration planning sessions with customers.
