Job summary

StarTex Software LLC is seeking a Customer Success Implementation Specialist to onboard and configure EHS Insight for clients. This remote role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent communication, and the ability to translate business needs into system configurations using JavaScript, XML, and SQL.

You will gather requirements, demo integrations, and act as the technical point of contact for client teams, ensuring successful implementations and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS customer success and implementation
• Ability to configure software with custom fields, formulas, reports
• Knowledge of SQL Server queries, XML, JSON, JavaScript
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Experience supporting SaaS based software systems
• Remote-first work environment
• Familiarity with API calls and web technologies

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert and work toward improving our platform
• Gather customer business requirements, determine the best solution, and implement it in EHS Insight
• Act as the technical point of contact for the client's project team and configure EHS Insight to their needs
• Diagnose, debug, and document issues in the platform
• Respond to customer inquiries through FreshDesk
• Conduct demos and meetings regarding integration planning and configuration
• Collaborate with customers to ensure successful integrations and ongoing success
