StarTex Software is seeking a Customer Success Implementation Specialist to remotely onboard and support customers using EHS Insight. You will gather requirements, configure the platform, and propose practical solutions, leveraging SQL, XML, JSON, and JavaScript, with API calls and data manipulation.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to prioritize across multiple customers in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring SaaS platforms and integrating systems.
• Strong SQL/XML/JSON/JavaScript knowledge and API exposure.
• Proven ability to diagnose issues and deliver customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather customer requirements and implement in EHS Insight.
• Serve as technical point of contact for client projects and configure software accordingly.
• Diagnose, debug, and document platform issues; conduct integration demos.
• Respond to customer inquiries via ticketing system and coordinate with teams.
• Write and call APIs; work with APIs and data manipulation.
