Job summary

StarTex Software LLC is seeking a Customer Success Implementation Specialist to onboard and support customers of EHS Insight. You will gather requirements, configure the platform, and propose options that meet client needs using JavaScript, XML, SQL, and APIs. Strong communication and self-motivation are essential.

The role is remote-first, with onboarding help and ongoing support across multiple customers. You will work under general supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL Server queries, XML, JSON, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of APIs and calling them with Postman.
• Advanced Excel skills (functions, macros, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert and improve our platform.
• Gather customer requirements, determine solutions, and implement in EHS Insight.
• Act as technical point of contact and configure the platform to client needs.
• Diagnose, debug, and document issues in the platform.
• Provide timely responses to high priority tickets and incidents.
• Work with limited supervision and take initiative across multiple customers.
