Job summary

StarTex Software LLC is seeking a Customer Success Implementation Specialist for a fully remote role. The CSIS will implement customer requirements in EHS Insight, configure custom fields, and learn the EHS Insight configuration language with APIs and Postman.

Strong communication, analytical skills, and initiative are essential for success. You will gather customer requirements, configure solutions, and act as the technical lead on client projects while collaborating across teams and supporting

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL Server queries, XML, JSON, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of APIs and how to call them using Postman.
• Advanced Excel skills (functions, macros, pivot tables).
• Strong written and oral communication and ability to work across teams.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert and improve the platform.
• Gather requirements, determine solutions, and implement in EHS Insight.
• Serve as technical point of contact and configure the system to client needs.
• Diagnose, debug, and document issues in the platform.
• Provide timely responses to high-priority tickets and incidents.
• Work with minimal supervision and take initiative across multiple customers.
• Respond to inquiries via FreshDesk.
• Assist clients in understanding APIs and setting up roles, modules, reports.
• Conduct demos and meetings on integration planning and configuration.
