Job summary

StarTex Software LLC, operating as EHS Insight, is seeking a Customer Success Implementation Specialist for a fully remote role. The CSIS will translate customer requirements into actionable configurations, learning the EHS Insight configuration language (JavaScript, XML, SQL) and leveraging APIs and Postman for integration.

The ideal candidate is curious, technically inclined, and possesses strong communication skills to support onboarding and ongoing success across multiple customers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL Server queries, XML, JSON, and JavaScript.
• Understanding APIs and calling them with Postman.
• Advanced Excel skills (functions, macros, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert and help improve EHS Insight platform.
• Gather customer requirements and implement in EHS Insight.
• Configure software with custom fields, formulas, and reports.
• Diagnose and document issues in the platform.
• Respond to high-priority tickets and incidents.
• Coordinate across multiple customers under limited supervision.
• Explain API use and set up roles, modules, reports.
