Job summary

Tekion is hiring a Business Solutions Analyst I (SaaS) to lead cloud-based onboarding and training for dealership operations. You’ll configure SaaS workflows, guide a team of implementation specialists, and secure stakeholder signoffs while addressing risks across cross-functional groups.

Qualifications include 2–5 years in B2B SaaS implementations, strong communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment. Travel up to 90% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience implementing B2B SaaS solutions (ERP, CRM, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Understanding onboarding and adoption metrics (activation rates, engagement KPIs) within a SaaS model.
• Experience managing customer change in a SaaS environment (on-premise to cloud/ subscription).
• Startup experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to translate technical jargon into consumable material for adult learners.
• 3+ years in Project Management or Project Lead role preferred.
• Travel (flying) up to 90%.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cloud-based SaaS onboarding and user training across dealership departments (remote and in-person).
• Configure advanced SaaS workflows, integrations, and best practices to maximize adoption and time-to-value.
• Mentor and direct implementation specialists on projects within an agile/SaaS cycle.
• Obtain milestone signoffs from dealership stakeholders and document approvals.
• Identify and mitigate implementation risks, coordinate with Jira or Salesforce to resolve issues.
