Job summary

BeneSys, Inc. is seeking a SaaS Project Manager to lead onboarding, configuration, and deployment of enterprise SaaS solutions for clients. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.

The role requires strong SaaS, API, and cloud technology knowledge, plus excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. This is a hybrid role based in Carmel, IN, with some in-office days and remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong SaaS, APIs, integrations, and cloud tech knowledge.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project.
• CAPM or equivalent certification required; PMP/PgMP preferred.
• Hands-on Scrum/Agile project leadership.
• Able to prioritize workloads and multitask.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical users.
• Excel and data analytics proficiency; software development PM a plus.
• Experience in benefits administration, financial or healthcare IT preferred.
• Regular and predictable attendance essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing SaaS implementation projects from initiation to go-live.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.
• Capture requirements during discovery and translate into configurations.
• Manage risks, scope changes, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure success.
• Provide feedback to influence product enhancements and roadmaps.
