Job summary

Tekion is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst I (SaaS) to drive cloud-based onboarding and user training across dealership departments, delivering both remote and in-person sessions using web tools.

You will configure SaaS workflows, guide a team of implementation specialists, and manage milestones while mitigating risks and driving customer adoption in a fast-evolving software environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience implementing B2B SaaS solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Understanding onboarding and adoption metrics in SaaS.
• Experience managing customer change in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cloud-based DMS onboarding and user training across departments (remote and in-person).
• Configure advanced SaaS workflows and integrations to maximize adoption.
• Guide and direct implementation specialists, coordinating project tasks.
• Obtain milestone signoffs and document approvals in digital systems.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate implementation risks using Jira or Salesforce.
• Manage onboarding and training activities with digital runbooks.
• Complete an intensive 8–10 week SaaS product certification and training.
• Navigate organization change and educate clients on Tekion’s value.
• Build strong relationships with dealership staff and Tekion as partner.
• Relay training feedback to product and customer success teams.
