Job summary

Better Impact is seeking a Member Implementation Advisor to guide new members through onboarding and adoption of our SaaS platform. You’ll train, coach, and partner with members to translate goals into practical implementation plans and confident product usage.

This fully remote role supports US and Canada clients, with emphasis on clear communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and delivering an excellent member experience from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role within SaaS or technology.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to assess customer needs and propose practical solutions.
• Comfort learning new software, troubleshooting, and navigating multiple platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Familiarity with productivity, CRM, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Guide new members to understand goals, processes, and needs.
• Develop practical implementation strategies aligned with priorities.
• Lead onboarding through successful software adoption.
• Identify challenges and recommend configuration and usage solutions.
• Deliver engaging software training sessions for individuals and groups.
• Adapt communication to different audiences and learning styles.
• Build positive member relationships and manage expectations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and improve experience.
• Maintain records of activities and progress; share feedback for improvement.
