Job summary

10X ERP is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to take new clients from signed agreement to launch. You will lead kickoff meetings, conduct on-site and remote training, and guide clients through discovery, configuration, and go-live phases across multiple projects.

Travel ~50% to client sites in the US, with remote work when not traveling. You will collaborate with Sales, Data Migration, Support, and Engineering teams to ensure successful implementations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing SaaS or ERP systems for distribution/wholesale customers.
• Ability to lead multiple client projects with clear timelines and communication.
• Strong training and onboarding skills, capable of teaching diverse user groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead kickoff and onboarding for new clients.
• Visit client sites for discovery, configuration, and training.
• Configure 10X ERP settings, users, and workflows for each client.
• Coordinate data migration planning with specialists and review data with clients.
• Deliver on-site and remote training; lead launch and post-launch support.
