Job summary

Goswift is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead the implementation and adoption of their software solutions. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects, collaborating with various teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive platform adoption.

Qualified candidates will have 2 to 4 years in similar roles, a strong technical background, and excellent project management skills. This position offers a competitive salary, flexible work environment, and is fully remote.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience as an implementation manager, implementation consultant, project manager, project engineer, or similar role.
• Comfortable and experienced with both agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
• Technically fluent and able to troubleshoot integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new and existing customers.
• Develop detailed implementation plans including timelines and resource allocation.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the implementation process.
