Job summary

AspireIQ, Inc. is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead customer onboarding on the AspireIQ platform from start to finish. You will build relationships with key stakeholders to deliver a seamless implementation and exceptional customer service throughout the cycle.

You will partner with prospective and new customers to understand objectives, map priorities, and build an implementation plan tailored to ensure success on our platform.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a customer-facing PM/technical program manager role in SaaS.
• Experience in professional services delivery and SaaS implementation methodologies.
• Able to manage complex technical projects, including web development, testing, and release processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects end-to-end, including deliverables and risk identification.
• Own the project management and successful execution of client implementations.
• Serve as primary escalation point for projects.
• Ensure alignment across internal and external teams.
• Build and track timelines to deliver on-time, in-scope deployments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success to ensure smooth go-live.
• Contribute to process improvements in project management and delivery operations.
• Operate independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
• Support growth of the partner ecosystem by enabling implementation partners.
