Job summary

Aspire is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead customer onboarding for the AspireIQ platform from start to finish. You will build relationships with stakeholders to map objectives and tailor an implementation plan to drive success on our platform.

Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, owning end-to-end implementations, serving as escalation point, and ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a customer-facing project manager role in SaaS.
• Proven experience in SaaS implementation delivery.
• Experience managing complex technical projects and releases.
• Strong written and verbal communication; escalation management.
• Ability to work with C-Suite and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of multiple projects, oversee deliverables and identify risks.
• Own the project management and successful execution of client implementations.
• Serve as the primary project escalation point of contact.
• Ensure alignment across all teams, internal and external.
• Build and track project timelines to deliver on-time, in-scope deployments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success to ensure smooth experience from kickoff to go-live.
• Contribute to scale efforts by improving PM and delivery processes.
