Job summary

IQNOVO is seeking a SaaS Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers from kickoff through confident adoption. You will own the early journey, coordinate setup, data readiness, training, and launch while aligning customers and internal teams on outcomes.

You will work remotely with Tampa-based stakeholders, gaining visibility across sales, product, engineering, and leadership in a high-trust environment. This role drives time-to-value and customer success momentum.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in SaaS onboarding, implementation, customer success, solutions consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role.
• Strong project-management habits and the ability to keep multiple customer launches moving without losing important details.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including confidence leading remote meetings and training varied audiences.
• Technical curiosity and comfort learning software configuration, integrations, data concepts, and AI-enabled workflows.
• A calm, accountable approach to ambiguity, customer concerns, and cross-functional problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding from kickoff through launch, with clear milestones, owners, timelines, and success measures.
• Learn each customer’s workflows and configure practical product experiences that support their highest-value use cases.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and create concise guidance that helps administrators and end users become self-sufficient.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and technical teams to resolve risks, communicate feedback, and create a smooth handoff into ongoing customer success.
• Track onboarding health, adoption signals, and time-to-value, then use what you learn to improve the onboarding playbook.
