Job summary

CaptivateIQ, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to join the Professional Services team and lead customer implementations of our SaaS platform.

The role focuses on managing scope, timelines, resources, risks, and communications to ensure a successful deployment and exceptional customer experience. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain detailed project plans, and build strong relationships with customer stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of project management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with incentive compensation management or sales performance software is desirable.
• Ability to understand SaaS solutions, data integration concepts, and enterprise IT environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple customer projects.
• Establish relationships with customer stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the project.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, managing scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
• Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies; manage changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure proper allocation of resources.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular leadership updates.
• Leverage best practices to enhance project execution and customer satisfaction.
