Job summary

Euna Solutions is seeking a Sr Implementation Manager to own the onboarding of our customers, coordinating requirements, configuration, and go-live activities. You will partner with sales, product management, customer success, and technical support to deliver exceptional experiences.

You will manage timelines, risks, and budgets across cross-functional teams and liaise with hardware, payments, and development to ensure a smooth transition from sales to adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading client implementations or projects, ideally in payments, govtech, or SaaS professional services.
• Experience mentoring or supporting less experienced teammates.
• Clear, proactive communication: you state timelines, flag blockers early, and own risk.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship and overall project health from kickoff through go-live.
• Lead weekly client status calls with clear agendas and timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with hardware, platform/development, and PaymentOps teams to meet timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Manage onboarding configuration of SaaS products to meet customer requirements and ensure smooth adoption.
