Job summary

Euna Solutions is seeking an Implementation Manager to serve as the client’s primary contact during onboarding, guiding data collection, product configuration, and adoption. You will collaborate with sales, product, customer success, and support to ensure a smooth transition and high-quality client experiences.

The role emphasizes process improvement, training development, and proactive issue resolution while leveraging Excel and reporting tools to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in client-facing implementation roles, SaaS preferred.
• Strong understanding of implementation processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to lead workshops.
• Technical aptitude to learn new software and address challenges.
• Proficiency with Excel; reporting with PowerBI/SSRS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding process for clients from kickoff to adoption.
• Conduct kickoff meetings and gather business requirements.
• Configure SaaS products to meet client needs with best-practice guidance.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, product, CS, and support.
• Create training materials, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Identify and resolve implementation challenges and manage change with customers.
