Job summary

Euna Solutions, based in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Team Lead, Professional Services to guide a high-functioning Implementation Team and serve as the primary customer contact during onboarding from end-to-end.

You will lead client onboarding, gather requirements, configure SaaS products, and manage basic projects to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to adoption, while collaborating with sales, product, CS, and support for customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, CS, or IS.
• 7+ years in client-facing implementation roles in SaaS.
• Experience leading a team and managing customer onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and act as primary customer contact.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation and requirements gathering.
• Configure SaaS products to meet client needs.
• Manage basic project activities and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with sales, product, CS, and support.
• Develop training and documentation for clients.
• Identify and address implementation issues promptly.
• Continuously improve onboarding processes.
