Job summary

StarTex Software LLC, operating under the EHS Insight brand, seeks a Customer Success Associate to onboard and support customers using our SaaS platform. You will guide customers through activation, resolve issues, and promote additional modules to maximize value in a fully remote role.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in Customer Success in a technology field, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills. Flexible PTO and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Experience or knowledge in Environmental, Health and Safety is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and support them through activation.
• Manage onboarding to minimize time to value.
• Guide customers through onboarding and resolve issues during the process.
• Respond to support tickets at varying levels of complexity.
• Offer customers best options to solve problems.
• Follow processes to ensure high customer satisfaction and align with goals.
• Identify opportunities to upsell modules and demo them to customers.
• Inform customers about new features and functionality.
