StarTex Software LLC, through its EHS Insight brand, seeks a Customer Success Associate to onboard and support customers, driving adoption and satisfaction across a SaaS platform. The role emphasizes customer advocacy and proactive problem solving.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in Customer Success within a technology environment, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a customer-centric mindset. This is a fully remote position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety industry knowledge is a plus.

• Guide customers through onboarding and resolve issues during setup.
• Respond to customer support tickets across various levels.
• Recommend the best solutions and demonstrate modules to customers.
• Follow established processes to ensure high customer satisfaction.
