EHS Insight is hiring a Customer Success Associate to support customers remotely across the United States. You will onboard new customers and guide them through the onboarding process, resolving issues to ensure value realization from our SaaS platform.

We seek a customer-focused teammate with strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-growing, flexible remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• 1–3 years of experience working in Customer Success in a technology field
• Environmental, Health, and Safety industry knowledge a plus
• Customer-centric, customer-focused, motivated by continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing
• Excellent communication skills including active listening
• Strong self-motivation and organizational skills
• Exceptional problem-solving ability

Responsabilités

• Manage onboarding of new customers, guiding them through the onboarding process and resolving issues
• Respond to support tickets and offer the best options to solve customer problems
• Follow processes and policies to provide excellent customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for customers to benefit from additional modules and demonstrate them
• Inform customers of new software features and functionality
• Learn the software, domain knowledge, and customer problems independently
• Demonstrate learning of software and environmental, health and safety domain knowledge
• Collaborate with the team to improve onboarding processes and procedures
• Tackle increasingly complex customer problems using a scalable approach
