EHS Insight, part of StarTex Software, seeks a Customer Success Associate to onboard customers and ensure success with our SaaS platform. You will guide new users through onboarding, resolve issues, and respond to support tickets while delivering excellent service.
The role requires a customer-centric mindset, 1–3 years in customer success in tech, and comfort with MS Office. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Fully remote work is offered, with strong compensation and benefits.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years in Customer Success in technology.
- Experience in Environmental, Health and Safety domain is a plus.
- Customer-centric, motivated by improvements and knowledge sharing.
Mansioni
- Manage onboarding of new customers and minimize time to value.
- Lead customers through onboarding and resolve issues.
- Respond to support tickets across levels and provide best solutions.
- Recommend additional modules and demonstrate value to customers.
- Inform customers of new features and benefits.
