Job summary

StarTex Software LLC is hiring a Customer Success Implementation Specialist (CSIS) to onboard and support customers on EHS Insight. You will configure the software, build custom fields, formulas, and reports, and learn the EHS Insight configuration language (JavaScript/XML/SQL) and API calls via Postman.

The role requires strong communication, curiosity, and the ability to prioritize across multiple customers with minimal supervision in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL Server queries, XML, JSON, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of APIs and how to call them using Postman.
• Advanced Excel skills (functions, macros, pivot tables, etc.).
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work across departments with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert and work toward improving our platform.
• Gather customer requirements, determine the best solution, and implement it in EHS Insight.
• Act as the technical point of contact and configure the platform to client needs.
• Diagnose, debug, and document issues in the platform.
• Provide timely responses to high priority tickets and incidents.
• Work with limited supervision and take initiative on tasks.
• Respond to customer inquiries through FreshDesk.
• Conduct demos and meetings on integration planning and configuration.
