Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in client or account management.
• Proven success selling software/SaaS solutions.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the United States and Canada.
• Experience conducting software demonstrations and handling objections.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Maintain CRM discipline with accurate interactions and updates.
• Meet activity KPIs and sales revenue targets.
• Nurture current accounts and manage renewals to minimize attrition.
• Collaborate with marketing to follow up on leads and coordinate campaigns.
• Prepare quotes and respond to RFPs with accuracy.
• Conduct onsite and remote product demonstrations.
• Provide regular sales updates on pipeline and performance.
