The candidate will manage high-touch accounts, document client interactions, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Client Success Management experience preferred.
• Experience in data entry and sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Offer support for high touch accounts servicing various industries.
• Manage tasks related to implementation of InReach platform.
• Document and track all client interactions in an organized way.
• Drive revenue growth through organic growth and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to fix bugs and improve the platform.
