Job summary
Jonas Club USA is seeking a Client Manager to drive revenue growth through new logo and back-to-base sales of software and services. You will guide prospects through the sales journey, demonstrate products, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
The role requires strong communication, CRM discipline, and the ability to travel within the US and Canada. Prior experience with Jonas Club software or similar solutions is an asset.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales experience with at least 5 years in client/account management.
- Proven success in selling software/SaaS solutions.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel within Canada and the United States.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process from lead gen to closing deals.
- Maintain CRM discipline and accurate interactions updates.
- Meet activity KPIs and sales revenue targets.
- Nurture current accounts and assist with contract renewals.
- Collaborate with marketing to convert MQLs and follow up promptly.
- Prepare quotes and respond to RFPs efficiently.
- Conduct onsite and remote product demonstrations.
- Represent Jonas Club at trade shows and events.
- Provide regular pipeline and performance updates to the Director of Sales.
