Job summary

Trimble Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative to bridge marketing and sales, uncover opportunities, and connect industry leaders with Transporeon and Trimble’s transportation technology solutions.

This remote US position focuses on North America growth, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and participation in industry events to accelerate the sales pipeline. You will identify and qualify new opportunities, conduct discovery calls and demos, and work with Marketing to craft

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, SaaS sales, or customer engagement preferred.
• Ability to qualify prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
• Strong communication and collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and nurture new sales opportunities through proactive inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Conduct initial discovery calls and demos to qualify needs and transition to sales reps.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to analyze market trends and craft outreach in key verticals.
• Coordinate with global teams across time zones to align on pipeline growth.
