Job summary

Evercam is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualify inbound leads, and book demos for the sales team. You will use lead gen tools, enter data, and keep the CRM updated.

You’ll join the US team, focusing on US-based clients while based in LATAM and working US business hours. This fully remote role emphasizes collaboration with Account Managers, Customer Success, and the broader sales team to grow SQLs and account opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales/BD experience.
• SaaS/Construction industry experience.
• Excellent English communication.
• Experience with CRM and outreach platforms.
• Ability to work US business hours from LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Qualify marketing-generated inbound leads and conduct discovery calls.
• Own outbound outreach and lead nurturing with cross-functional teams.
• Identify active projects and map stakeholders for outreach.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Maintain daily activity and nurture contacts.
