Job summary

Poka is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to bring our connected worker platform to growing manufacturers across North America, running a high-volume deal flow end-to-end. You will own your pipeline, perform sharp discovery, build business cases, and close with confidence alongside Sales Development, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, and IFS partners.

This role suits someone with 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales, a track record of meeting targets, and a genuine interest in manufacturing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or comparable Account Executive/closing role.
• Experience selling SaaS or strong transferable sales skills in manufacturing/industrial tech.
• Confident in running a full sales cycle independently and managing a busy pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-volume pipeline through outbound prospecting and market research.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, including proposals and negotiations.
• Create tailored business cases linking Poka to prospect priorities and drive value.
