Job summary

Intertek Alchemy in the United States (Portland, OR) is seeking a SaaS Account Executive to drive new business, manage pipeline, and close deals with manufacturing and enterprise clients. This role offers a remote-friendly model with travel as needed.

You will lead product demonstrations, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and collaborate with marketing to grow the account base while maintaining high customer satisfaction and accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years outside sales experience selling enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience selling into manufacturing or similar sectors.
• BA/BS Degree required.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of time.

Responsibilities

• Manage all technical aspects of the sales process including product demonstrations and needs assessments.
• Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Generate and fill the pipeline with new high-quality leads and deals.
• Develop and qualify deals, generate leads, and manage deal closure; including cold calling and collaboration with Marketing.
• Articulate and communicate the Alchemy value proposition to mid and c-level decision makers.
• Accurately forecast and manage pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records for all deals.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with all respective customers and uphold core values.
