EHS Insight seeks an Account Manager to own a portfolio of customers, driving renewals and expansions while partnering with Sales, Support, and Onboarding to maximize value. The role emphasizes relationship-building and data-driven account stewardship.

You will serve as a trusted partner, deliver product demonstrations, and collaborate across teams to ensure customer success and revenue growth in a fully remote US-based setting.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience.
• Associate degree or higher; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain product value to diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organization and time management; capable of managing multiple accounts and deadlines.

• Own customer relationships through regular account reviews and proactive communication.
• Drive renewals and account growth by identifying expansion opportunities.
• Become a product expert to connect features with business outcomes in demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Onboarding and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, renewal forecasts, and expansion pipelines.
