Job summary

EHS Insight Software is seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of customers, build trusted relationships, and drive revenue growth across renewals and expansions. The role is remote within select U.S.

states, with up to 10% travel and collaboration across Sales, Support, Onboarding, and Marketing. You'll become a product expert, demonstrate capabilities, and advocate for customers while using data to prioritize opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management in SaaS.
• Associate degree or higher; bachelor's preferred.
• Results-oriented mindset with goal ownership and portfolio management.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to explain complex products and business value to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience navigating change and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships and conduct regular account reviews.
• Drive renewals and expand existing accounts.
• Become a product expert and lead customer-facing demonstrations.
• Be a customer advocate and coordinate with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on communications and events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, renewal forecasts, and expansion pipelines.
• Deliver on renewal and expansion targets.
