Job summary

EHS Insight is hiring a Software Account Manager to own a portfolio of customers, renewals, and expansions. This full-time role is remote within select U.S.

states, with travel up to 10% and a base salary of $70,000-$80,000 plus commission, depending on experience. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, Onboarding and Training, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales/account management in SaaS.
• Associate degree or higher; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong ability to explain product value to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships and conduct regular account reviews.
• Drive renewals and account growth, expanding existing portfolios.
• Lead customer-facing demonstrations linking product capabilities to business impact.
• Collaborate with Support/Onboarding/Marketing to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, renewal forecasts, and expansion pipelines.
• Identify opportunities to renew and expand existing accounts.
• Move accounts forward with proactive, data-driven planning.
