You will partner with executives to align product outcomes with business goals, manage renewals, and drive long-term customer success while adapting to a remote or hybrid work model.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years in SaaS account management or client facing roles.
• Proven experience owning renewals and long term retention goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client meetings and reviews.
• Comfort leading strategy sessions, renewal discussions, and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the strategic point of contact and relationship owner for customers within our Core Market.
• Establish and maintain deep relationships with executive sponsors and economic buyers to align with business goals.
• Own and drive renewals, retention and adoption for assigned accounts.
• Conduct business reviews and identify opportunities to increase product value.
• Increase customer product awareness and build credibility within accounts.
