Job summary

Raken, Inc. is seeking an SMB Account Executive in the San Diego area to drive revenue across inbound and outbound leads. You will prospect, discover, demo, negotiate, and close SaaS solutions for our construction industry customers.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of SaaS sales experience, is coachable, and excels at building relationships with customers while collaborating with a high-energy sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• SaaS sales experience in AE or SDR role.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM; familiarity with Zoom, Gmail and Slack preferred.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
• Candidate should be coachable, customer-centric and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage a high number of inbound & outbound leads and guide them through the sales cycle.
• Convert trial users into paying customers and drive revenue.
• Schedule and deliver web product demonstrations.
• Perform general account management, emails, and customer support.
• Assist customers in setting up accounts and share best practices.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM with accurate notes and pipelines.
• Respond quickly to questions and recommend product usage.
