Subsplash is seeking an Account Manager for the Client Success Team to delight clients, reduce churn, and grow recurring revenue by guiding users through Subsplash features, best practices, and strategic adoption. You will build trusted relationships with a portfolio of clients and partner with sales and product teams to maximize impact.

The role requires clear communication, a proactive, can‑do attitude, and comfort with a SaaS platform, analytics, and data.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years of experience in Sales/Client Success/Account Manager.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with targeted clients via phone and email communication.
• Inform clients of exciting new products and features and value of Subsplash platform.
• Help clients succeed in their utilization and implementation of Subsplash products.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
