Job summary

Subsplash is seeking an Account Manager for the Client Success Team to delight clients, boost retention, and grow recurring revenue by consulting, strengthening relationships, and maximizing platform usage.

You will engage with clients via phone and email, promote new features, and guide successful adoption of Subsplash products, with occasional travel. This role is fully remote for qualified US states and offers strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Sales, Client Success, or Account Manager background (1–2 years of experience).
• Motivation for sales and commitment to team mission.
• Proficient at prospecting and online profiling.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, apps, analytics, data, or databases preferred.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with targeted clients via phone and email.
• Inform clients of exciting new products and features and value of Subsplash platform.
• Help clients succeed in their utilization and implementation of Subsplash products.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
