Job summary

Thryv, Inc. is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to grow the SaaS client base from Detroit and surrounding areas. This role requires heavy travel and a remote-first approach, with more than 50% of work conducted outside the home office.

You will prospect new SaaS clients, nurture relationships with existing software clients, and drive quota attainment while collaborating with marketing and product teams. 3+ years direct SaaS sales experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience in SaaS (preferred).
• 2+ years outbound sales (full sales cycle) experience.
• Industry knowledge of Thryv product suite.

Responsibilities

• Call on existing clients to nurture and grow relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Identify and secure new SaaS clients through self-prospecting and company programs.
• Execute defined sales processes and participate in meetings and trainings.
