Job summary

Thryv is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to grow our SaaS footprint in the Detroit market. You’ll build your own pipeline through self-generated and company-initiated prospecting to meet quotas while expanding existing Thryv clients.

This role requires more than 50% field work, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work remotely from a home office. You’ll prospect, qualify opportunities in your territory, and partner with marketing and product teams to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably SaaS.
• 2+ years of outbound sales with full cycle.
• Strong product knowledge of the Thryv suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Valid driver’s license and local residency within 1 hour of posting city.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand Thryv's SaaS clients in the local market.
• Build pipeline through self-generated and company-prospecting.
• Manage book of business with existing clients.
• Prospect and qualify new opportunities in assigned territory.
• Engage in product demos and sales process cadences.
