Job summary

Thryv is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to grow its local SaaS client base in Spokane/Yakima, WA. You will build your pipeline from scratch through self-generated and company-provided prospecting, and you will expand our book of business with existing Thryv clients.

This remote-first role requires frequent fieldwork (more than 50%), a strong sales mindset, and the ability to manage a full sales cycle end-to-end, including qualification, demos, and closing deals with local

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience
• 2+ years in outbound sales (full sales cycle)
• Industry knowledge of Thryv product suite
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Time and organization skills to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work remotely in a remote-first environment
• Strong technical skills and MS Office proficiency
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation
• Must live within 1 hour commute to posting city

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand Thryv’s SaaS clients locally
• Build your own pipeline from scratch via prospecting
• Onboard existing Thryv clients into your book of business
• Conduct >50% of work outside the home office
• Identify and qualify new SaaS opportunities
• Participate in sales meetings and trainings
