Thryv is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to expand our SaaS client base and nurture relationships with existing clients. This role requires a mix of remote engagement and face-to-face client meetings, with approximately 50% travel to client sites around Olympia, WA.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of direct SaaS sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to self-manage in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct SaaS sales experience.
• 2+ years of outbound full-cycle sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication; high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work remotely with strong self-discipline and time management.
• Willingness to drive up to 50% with a valid driver’s license.
• Must live within a 1-hour commute of Olympia, WA.

Responsibilities

• Call on existing clients to nurture and grow relationships while identifying new opportunities.
• Prospect to secure new SaaS clients using networks, referrals, and company programs.
• Execute defined sales processes and cadences for client engagement and product demos.
• Collaborate with marketing and technology to align sales strategy with product updates.
• Participate in sales meetings and ongoing training.
